The linear type low-tension (LT) automatic voltage stabilizer is specifically designed for low-tension (LT) supply or low-capacity high-tension (HT) connections. This stabilizer can be customized to accommodate either unbalanced loads or balanced supply conditions. The input voltage range is determined by the voltage conditions at the supply point, with standard ranges typically specified as follows:
Construction of the Servo Unit
- Buck-n-Boost Transformer: Constructed with double copper windings and configured as open/open.
- On-load Stepless Voltage Regulators: These regulators are copper auto-wound, connected in a delta configuration, and feature a carbon roller assembly.
- Automatic Control Gear: This system includes an electronic relay that automatically adjusts to fluctuating supply voltage. The relay monitors the output voltage and sends signals to the drive motor, comprising:
- One electronic voltage relay
- One motor with reversing gear capability
- Two limit switches
- Chain drive and coupling device, along with all necessary electrical connections
Control Panel Features
- Increase and decrease push-button switches with upper and lower limit switches
- Solid-state IC-based control cards for easy online servicing
- A handwheel conveniently located at the front of the regulator tank for user-friendly operation
Additional Arrangements
- Voltmeter for monitoring input and output readings
- Current transformer (CT) with a selector switch and optional ammeter
- LED indicators for power status and auto/manual selectable switches
- Suitable aluminum bus bars equipped with stem-type terminals for auxiliary connections
- A cable box designed for input and output armored cables of appropriate ratings
